A vibrant almost luminescent cherry orange and turquoise image depicting the two sources used to create electricity. Definitely one of my favourites of this London landmark in a setting never to be seen again.
Battersea Power Station and the surrounding area is being brought back to life. This legendary landmark is a symbol of hope and prosperity. The former coal fire power station is now a thriving metropolis of business, restaurant and living communities on this once abandoned site.
In this picture it stands noticeably proud, dominating it environment, in its new life it has been beautifully restored only to be dwarfed by its residential counterparts. It is still a truly remarkable piece of design and engineering which goes on to serve us again in its new form.
